My friend's PC was upgraded from Win98 to Win2k PRO. He keeps getting a 16 bit program warning message. I can't for the life of me figure out what 16 bit application carried over from the old OS.
The program may be trying to write to the System temp directories e.g. c temp and c winnt\temp. Try giving the user write access.
